Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) is a solution-focused technique, which addresses multiple issues such as substance abuse disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and depressive disorders. You will work closely with a clinical psychologist who will address life threatening behaviors, quality of life behaviors, skills acquisition, and therapy-interfering behaviors.
Some of the character traits DBT can manage include suicidal behaviors and ideations, impulsivity, feelings of hopelessness and emptiness, unstable interpersonal relationships, abandonment, and more. You or a loved one dealing with substance abuse or mental disorder can visit us for DBT to regain control of their lives and become more independent.
